This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Wonderful reception at check in — greeted so graciously, which made all the difference after a hard day of traveling. Room has a great view of the Boston Harbor and fantastic bathroom with a sparkling clean tub and walk in shower. Floor is tiled and bedroom part of the room is carpeted. Bed is absolutely comfortable. Lots to explore— harbor is accessible by walking through the hotel lobby and out the back. Loved this place.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my mom, sisters and cousin. Made several requests (connecting rooms, suites, certain floor location of rooms) and all were accommodated. Front desk staff are the rock stars of this hotel - they were the perfect introduction to the hotel and continued to assist during our stay. Also spent a day at the spa and it was excellent! Yalinda worked hard to coordinate all of our appointments and make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met. Can’t say enough - until the next time!

Hotel was very clean and our room had a very nice view. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the large bath tub. It was centrally located and valet very convenient. The bellboys were helpful. There were a couple of things like no coffee in the rooms so had to go on a coffee hunt downstairs. The valet guys downstairs were not overly friendly. The room service was good but the restaurant not downstairs for breakfast was not very good, I returned a very greasy sausage link breakfast. Otherwise staff was professional and hotel was safe. Also the food recommendation to try Italian food next door was disappointing. For the price will probably elect to stay elsewhere when returning to Boston.
