Happy with our stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! Upon check-in everybody was friendly and helpful. Beautiful place and centrally located to everything downtown - 25 minute walk to Fenway park if you’re into walking. Beautiful green space across from the hotel. Valet was quick and easy from drop off to picking up. Due to an emergency we had to cancel our third night and they waived any penalties which I was very grateful for. Also, upon check-out I noticed some rate discrepancies and was told after the fact that I had food and beverage credits that I was not aware of, when I contacted the manager they credited my hotel stay for some of the unused credit. I was happy with this especially since none of the attendants upon check-in told me I had this much of a credit (I was told I had $25 but in reality I had $100) This and the waving of any penalty for the third night cancellation was great. On top of all this as I mentioned, the hotel itself is very beautiful - rooms may need a bit of updating and work but that’s all part of the charm with a hotel from 1912. The only negative was that I could hear people in other rooms if they coughed or spoke loudly. Not a huge deal but figured I’d mention. Oak Long Bar & Kitchen is a must try - beautiful place and tasty drinks and although we didn’t try any of the food everything we saw looked fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston and we will be sure to stay here again if traveling back! They are a pet friendly hotel which is a plus if you’re traveling with furry friends they even have a doggy ambassador that stays in the lobby and the dog is adorable!! Thank you Fairmont Copley Plaza for providing great customer service and making our anniversary weekend one to remember. This was our first time traveling cross-border from Canada since COVID and this hotel and their staff were great with welcoming us back into traveling.

Amazing hotel. Worth every penny. Staff was amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and huge. We had a noisy neighbor issue and the hotel staff were extremely apologetic (though it wasn’t their fault, and they were very accommodating). Very comfortable, very well-located, and a fantastic location in and of itself. Will be coming back.

5+ stars. I had a very pleasant stay at the Fairmont when I booked last minute after a horrible experience at the nearby Copley Square Hotel. My phone was dead on arrival and even without a reservation the receptionist offered to charge it and gave me a complementary mineral water while I waited. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the accommodation was tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was really well prepared and service was outstanding. On departure I needed to dispose of a broken suitcase and this was not a problem. The staff here know what it means to go above and beyond for customers. I will be back 👍

This is a part of Boston history that has been well maintained and with a great service staff. Just walking in feels great. Also the location puts you right in the middle of everything. Unlike many historic hotels, the rooms were plenty large and felt clean and fresh. I had a couple of asks for the staff and they were tremendous every time. Great experience, would highly recommend this place.

we didn't show the test results to anyone. we didn't do the test. only at the entrance to the hotel we were changed the temperature and asked questions about our health
Please check in at our Front Desk, located in the lobby. The Front Desk is easily accessible through both our entrances on St. James Avenue or Dartmouth Street. Check in is at 3pm daily.
