Whereas Agor attempted to take the family dime, and then just go dark on us about product acquisition and installation, just two days ago Tim's acquired the product, and finished installing it 40 minutes early. Installation guy gave thorough training on the product. Unlike Agor, Tim's Trim had excellent communications with us throughout the process. Tim's caught a safety issue that Agor did not. Definitely going back to Tim's, for all my service needs.

I had a Drone Mobile remote start installed 2 years ago on my 2020 RAM 1500. About a month ago it just suddenly stopped working. I called Tim's Trim and spoke to Peter and he said to stop by. Peter spoke to Drone Mobile found out it was still under warranty and had it swapped out in minutes. So glad it's working!! Thank you so much!! David is right (Thanks, David!) --- an aftermarket remote starter will NOT void the vehicle's warrantly. FTC says, "The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act makes it illegal for companies to void your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty simply because you used an aftermarket part.” It has to be installed correctly though (we can make sure of that)!

I agree with David, call them and ask. Prepay is an option though. I'm just not sure if it can be done over the phone, with a debit card. I know it can be done in person though.
