I called to complain about a driver (229) for being rude to a client but no one has the decency to call back when i tried to report him. He shows up at 8 and starts complaining that the person wasn’t outside. This person didn’t take long to come out but he kept yelling infront of other people in the bus. Uncalled for and unprofessional.

they have 2 buses every wednesday to bring us to wegmans . this week only one bus showed up and many other people (elderly and disabled) were waiting for over an hour to get to the store for food and medicines. the second bus never showed up!
