Front desk staff were less than helpful. The area around the hotel is not good. There was a lot of homeless and it is pretty isolated. While on hotel property I felt safe, but wouldn’t go beyond that. Many businesses in the area were closed so if you needed anything you had to Uber or taxi. Also since it is right next to a hospital it was noisy. The housekeepers were lovely and so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The security and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful too!

My wife and I have stayed at the Hampton Inn at Crosstown Center for years now. More recently we enjoyed a one night stay. I have read many previous unfavorable reviews and would like to set the record straight. Yes, in the past one side of the hotel was inundated with the homeless community during the day. But in the last couple of years the hotel, in conjunction with the Boston Police, has worked to remove that community from the premises. Now in its place is outdoor furniture for alfresco seating for the nearby Cuban restaurant and several planters sporting seasonal flowers. The hotel has worked very hard to upgrade their surroundings and should be commended for their efforts. The doors are locked during the overnight hours until 6 am everyday, you need a room key to open them. You also need a room key to access the elevators. The hotel has always been clean and the morning breakfast delicious. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating. They have both a hospital shuttle and an airport shuttle that runs daily. There is a parking garage right across from the courtyard entrance, you can park your car for the hotel rate of $12 a night. The parking garage is well lit with attendents on site. Our only suggestion would be that the hotel needs to provide additional luggage carts because many times there are none available at time of arrival. My wife and I would recommend the Hampton Inn at Crosstown Center to anyone traveling to Boston.

Positive: The security guards were really friendly and chatty which was a rare occurrence for the trip. The beds were comfortable. Negative: There was no hot water. We filtered for hotels with free parking but we got charged $20 per day. The front desk ladies were short & dismissive of issues & treated me as if I was making stuff up & even pushed us off to the maintenance once to get answers.

I stayed here during early February with my boyfriend for our 1st anniversary. And to say the least it wasn’t all that bad. Our room over looked the front entrance. It is a “hospital hotel” where everything is more health oriented. There is even a paramedic that stays in the lobby. One of the elevators has a special mode for emergency medical events. So they follow strict guidelines. (i.e. masks on when in the lobby, a lot of hand sanitation stations and proper social distancing protocols) All day you can hear the near by ambulances going in and out of hospital. For me and my boyfriend the noise wasn’t too bad. There is free breakfast every morning with some variety in pastries. With more practical stuff such as eggs and waffles everyday. The only complaint that I had was that there were no washcloths. So I felt I never felt truly clean during my stay. What I really liked about this hotel was how safe it was. No one can come up easily. You need a key to get up through the elevator. The parking was also easily accessible. This hotel was a 15 minute drive from the aquarium.

Pull out couch, yes. But in one room with a king bed
There is a shuttle service and it is free. Just been there last month. But I'm not sure about the schedule.
Truthfully everything in Boston is within walking distance lol if you really think about it. You can get across town walking in 15^to 20 minutes Roxbury to fenway 20min south end back bay to Dorchester 20 min or CAN TAKE THE NUMBER 10 AND YOUR THER OFF COLUMBIA ROAD. Like yeah so really it's all on your drive to work out .so injoy and hope you find your rout to great health
Check in was 3pm parking was $18 per night. If you arrive early and its ready they will allow you to go to your room. Also we where late checking out at about almost noon and it wasn't an issue which we where worried might be but all was well. I always clean my rooms before we touch or sleep anywhere and with my cleaning there wasnt a speck of dirt dust or finger prints on anything. Major plus !
Yes
There is a dine in Cuban restaurant with access from within the hotel as well as Asian cuisine right next door. The prices are moderate.
Shuttle runs on the hour. Best to make a reservation with the shuttle at the front desk so they know to expect you.
I believe there is. I had not used though but mostly all hotels in boston have it.
The hotel shuttle will take you there.
Looks shady but nothing happened the two times I was out walking the area alone. Day light hours! )
They offered shuttles to....no return shuttle service
No, it opens at 7am and closes at 11pm I think. Small pool inside fitness center. No outdoor pool.
