Great asset to the community, with lots of different programs - movies, live performance, lectures, live, HD broadcasts from the Met, National Theatre,etc. I haven't enjoyed their choice of movies as much this year as I have in years past and I think this is a function of them having new leadership, but that's just my own personal taste in movies, too, which does not diminish their value to the community or their great, overall programming. If you're coming to the area, you'll definitely want to see what's on at the Lincoln!

Wonderfully operated—enjoy a great indie theater experience. Newest Int’l film releases. Live theater streamed. Film Festival. Housed with annexed popular bookstore and bistro. Support indiefilms and film festivals. Downtown Damariscotta, midcoast close to eateries.

The Lincoln Theater is great. You can always count on them running well done, intelligent movies and having excellent shows. The theater is beautiful. It is a treasure of our small twin cities.
