Good location in the Back Bay Area of Boston. Large comfortable rooms. I received a diamond member upgrade to a suite. Very good bar and dining options within the hotel. Delicious shrimp scampi pasta dish. The head bartender Desmond makes a great old fashioned cocktail. Breakfast service in the adjoining restaurant was good as well with good selections. The hotel is in a really nice location and offers great walking distance to a lot of amenities in the Back Bay Area of Boston. I would definitely stay here again visiting Boston.

Nice hotel. Fair sized rooms with quality bedding making for a comfortable stay. On site restaurant has good breakfast. We tried the buffet as well as ordered off the menu as we stayed a few nights. Both breakfast options are good. Service was as you would hope/expect. Hotel location is excellent. Plenty to do and see in walking distance or it’s a short walk to the T. I’d happily stay here again.

Stayed here first time in town for a convention. The staff was very friendly,I was surprised that they remembered my name as I was just walking by in the lobby. Rooms were always clean never had to call down for fresh towels or anything like that which is normally the case. There are alot of places to get food within walking distance of the hotel. Will definitely be returning next year.

Positive: Location is great and my room had a lovely view Negative: Housekeeping needs some improvements. They cleaned my room 3 times and the makeup on my pillow was never gone which means they never changed my bedding in the 5 nights I stayed. Even though I asked more than once.

I don't think so, load up pluggable to see if there may be outlets available.
Yes they do. I recently stayed there and was in two superior rooms on the 22nd floor that were connecting doubles.
Just there, no pool at present
It would be a nice service to add, especially since you're connected to the convention center.
Yes
There is a bus that goes to the Convention Center. It is clearly marked at each terminal. The driver let me off at the Hilton front door. For seniors the fare is $3. Easier than the train.
Yes but not all variety. You can go to near by starbucks . It is 2 min walk.
Take the blue line to the State Street stop. There, transfer to the orange line and take it to the Massachusetts Avenue stop. From there, its about a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel.
They have a parking garage attached to the hotel with valet or self parking available.
No. But you can take the Airport Bus Service easily right across the street, for 5 bucks. From and to the airport.
