The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was professional. The valet was good price and the staff answered all our questions. Our trip to Boston was good because the hotel was comfortable.

Wow. What a stay! Everyone working here is super helpful and friendly. I just got off the phone with the gentleman with the Austrian (I think) accent to get my receipt emailed...it was in my inbox before I could load the page. What an absolute unit. I remember him being extremely friendly to some guests that came into town to see a baseball game too. The property is nice and the rooms are clean, modern and comfy. The fitness center is really solid and open 24/7 to stay fit on the go. The location is really good and a short walk from most anything you need - particularly good Chinese food in Chinatown. Can't give this hotel and the staff enough stars.

I absolutely love this place!! Pristine cleanliness, room size is great, bathroom is always a fav with the awesome large raining showerhead and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The entrance is in an odd spot right off the highway along with valet parking at the same door, regular parking you have to cross the small street they parked the valet cars on so awkward if you are not using valet service however that ever so helpful employees make up for it. 😃🧳

Great stay for our weekend trip! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was stylish and comfortable. Stores and restaurants located near by for any needs. Definitely would recommend for your next stay in Boston!
