The leasing office is an absolute unorganized mess. Roommate ended up leaving in January found a replacement for her who was approved in March, was told for 4 MONTHS by Ashley Sears and Gwen Kirkland that they were working on a roommate addendum. They never called us. Then last week I get my renewal letter and it’s addressed to someone who GOT OFF THE LEASE TWO YEARS AGO who wasn’t even involved in this situation. Lol. They say they’ll call you back but they never do. Everything is always breaking, save yourself the headache

Since this California property management company took over, the complex has gone down hill. Office staff locking themselves in and not answering the phone, trash not being picked up, no pest control, inaccurate contact info in their sorry excuse for an app, using a third party company to handle utilities; making everyone's rent go up. Trion is awful.

I moved in about 3-4 months ago, and this place is awsome. It's very quiet, office staff is friendly and if you have any problems at all maintenance is right there to fix it! I'm hoping to stay for years to come. If your thinking about calling this place your home you definitely won't be disappointed!
