I've lived here for almost 4 years. It was awesome the first 2 & 1/2 to 3 years, but over the past 1 and a half, something has changed. There is regularly some kind of police activity. Usually, domestic disputes, but there have been several instances of car theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity. The services, including maintenence, have decreased. The grounds are not maintained nicely anymore. Seeing trash not picked up and potholes in the parking lot is the norm. Lots of things stay broken/ go unfixed for months or more like the hot tub, the front gate, while rent has increased by over 25% in one year plus extra fees. It used to be great, now it's scary.

Cant ever get ahold of the office, even after calling over thirty times and leaving voicemails. Went up to the office on a Saturday during 'business hours' and the door was locked. Don't waste your time. All I needed was a correction on my application but if that's the way they treat you before living there then I don't want to be a resident.

Very slow and sloppy maintenance service, bad environment to live (undesirable people, kids with bad and nosey attitudes, horrible security, apartments are not worth the money they are asking, not well maintained buildings and apartments. I lived there and I will not return there never.

Worst apartment complex ever! Terrible staff, bugs, and not at all worth the price ! Every time they keep putting a charged on the online app payment Office doesn’t help at all, and management is lacking. If I could give 0 starts I would.
