I don't usually place reviews on here but this is going to be one of those cases where I will. If you are planning to move here give it a second thought. I lived here for 3 years. The first two years when it was under Aspen Square was fantastic. Management and Maintenance was always on top of everything. However in 2021 the complex changed ownership to Bainbridge and it was all downhill from there. Maintenance was slow to respond, it didn't matter the severity it would take a long time for a response. The not so critical was fine however slow responses to plumbing issues is not acceptable. In January of 2022, there was an issue where most of the complex had a massive spectic issue causing sewer water to back up into the apartments. It took over 2 weeks to have it resolved and it wasn't even resolved because it happened again in August. Additional to this, pay attention to the rent because you'll find your water and sewer charges go up by 10 and 20 dollars respectfully - meaning your basically paying for their issue. Lastly, they will expect you the tenant to clean up the sewage water that seeped into your home when you should probably have a professional come in to clean it up. Don't rent here and if you do make sure it's under new management.
