I got trespassed just for sitting in the office with my mom. I live in a whole other unit, I was just with my mom because she wanted me there. But the Property Manager, Ashley Carter is a very angry person for no reason. I would not recommend anyone move into these apartments. There are plenty other places with a team that actually care for their residents.

I love Amy! She’s kind, attentive & always comes thru. Me and my daughter enjoy it here & all the new events and changes is exciting. Will be resigning for my 3rd year.

Friendly and helpful staff. Community is well-maintained and maintenance is very responsive after hours. Select units are income based for two bedrooms and three bedrooms. There’s a waitlist please give yourself a minimum of 1 year for a unit to become available. You’ll need 4 paychecks stubs and 4 recent bank’s statements upon submitting your application for income based unit. All units are identical!!!

I have to say that my experience in this complex was always good beside an issue in the main bathroom of my apartment, that I think it was more like an structure issue that need it to be address by a builder not by a regular maintenance req. to the complex management who tried to help me and it was not possible for then to fixed. I left the complex recently after almost 4 yrs due to change of plans in my life, but I left with a lot of good memories from the people working in the main office like Donata, Amy, Ashley and even they guys from maintenance they were always super nice and whiling to help me during my time leaving in the complex. I thank all of then for everything and I wish then all the best Love Rosita :)
