Update! 08/10/2022, After a year here I had a somewhat change of heart due to unpleasent new tenants, they don't have respect for neighbors tranquility during sleeping hours. Other issues included are homeless people found in the early morning sleeping by the pool area and inside the fitness room. Police had to be notified to have them removed. This continues to happen even though management is advise they make no changes. Fitness center has no working cameras which lacks a sense of security and safety for anyone. The door magnet has not been working over a month so if something was to occur within you are on your own. The fitness is poorly unsanitary, never clean and equipment has sweat from prior use, gross! Property gates don’t close after hours which prevents crime from wondering in and looking into people vehicle’s for break. This has already occurred in has been documented by local police. One can only imagine what management or corporate are all about when it comes to the safety of residents. By the way, we have Bear wondering around here too. You have to carry Bear pepper spray or firearm if your license because police and wildlife don’t come unless you are physically hurt by animal. This is not a safe place to raise your children because at least twice a week you will notice suspicious cars park and exchange or buy drugs but like beforehand the gates remain open so the unwanted enter. I let you be the judge? In the long run it all comes down to it the money is all that matters! By the way, this is the third time this property has changed ownership. Good luck!

Very much IMPROVED within the last 2 months
Okay Internet
Under Bainbridge a 2br 2bath was ~$1450. Now that ARIUM bought it, it's $1900+. No improvements or word of improvements to the complex so far. Also it's infested with German Roaches and pest control rarely shows up or does anything other than spray the floor with stuff. The roaches are living behind the kitchen cabinets and walls, regardless if you stay clean. No way it is worth $1900 for an outdated living space/poor maintenance quality/have to bug office to get things done. When I moved in maintenance just painted over things, didn't check if everything was working in the apartment either. TOUR BEFORE GOING HERE AND IF THEY HAVE NO TOURS OR UNITS AVAILABLE TO SHOW it’s because somebody lives there or some parts of the units are damaged. Updates Aug22: - Tree branches constantly falling on top of cars and then maintenance will leave the branches in the parking lot for a long period of time (usually weeks) - Office rarely answers phones, you have to go in person. - Parts of the complex are not taken care of especially between the complexes themselves, they spend the most money on landscaping at the entrance and front office. Once new management took over the entrance fountains were turned off and are now waterless and green. - A large tree branch was left hanging in the parking lot for about a week, which would definitely break a windshield. Maintenance ignored it as they drove by it everyday. It was fairly low to the ground too. - Sometimes hard to find parking at night near your unit. - if you request some parts of the apartment to be fixed, if its too expensive they will straight up say no.
