I used to live here and all I can say is that I’m glad to no longer be poor and without a better option of a place to live. My apartment was roach infested. I would ask the company to spray once a week to no avail. One night, I was sleeping and a roach crawled into the sheets and up my arm. That’s when I knew it was time to go. Hell, I moved out the state to a place I assume roaches can’t survive, I was so shook. Also, I’m an extremely clean person that’s never stayed in a place with any type of pest. I actually ended up dumping my furniture because I was too scared one of those roach families would latch on and breed in my new home. Eat me in my sleep! Nah baby, not for me and hopefully not for whoever is reading this. I doubt they’ve changed. New management does nothing but raise the rent. Only consider once they’ve burned the building to the ground and built anew… well then again roaches can survive anything.

We lived here for About a year and never had an issue. The maintenance staff is amazing as well, the few times we did need maintenance the guys were on top of it and handled it quickly and always cleaned up after themselves.. the leasing agents and management was also very friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything they would always help us out. Also a good thing is there’s no breed restrictions here!!!! They welcome all friendly fur babies lol. The location is close to the mall and I4.

Do yourself a favor... RUN!!! Patrick is so bad at his job that it’s laughable. I’ve spoken to him every week for repairs in the apartment and he pretends to listen and types things and then I find out that no work order was even made. I guess you guys have your hands full pretending you’re fixing up the place because 2 months ago you got handed a stack of fire codes about railing and unsafe steps god knows what else. And yes Patrick the step is still rotting away on the stairs. Great job and thanks for the help, when I see you again would you mind jacking up my rent again? I don’t think I’m paying enough for the QuAlITy SeRVIcE I’m receiving.

Friendly staff, but that's about it. Pretty run down apartments and very expensive for what you get. In about 2 months after moving in, paint started to peel off everywhere. Not to mention how expensive the water bill is coming, which is insane for a single person living here (close to $90 per month). In short, look around for better deals and better kept properties. Although you can submit a work order, you have to be lucky if the issue is fixed on time --- I'm very disappointed things did not work out as expected. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get out of here.
