I truly enjoyed renting unit 117. Being on the main floor it was easy to just walk outside and take our dog out. From our patio we could see all the fun activities at the park and lake. We watched the fountain change colors to the music being played at the park and could see events too. Free coffee at 10:00 in the lobby! Unit 117 also has high ceilings.

Absolutely! One of the nicest places I have ever lived very enjoyable stores, shops, movie theater, everything within walking distance. Can't ask for more than that

I would give them zero if I could. Please I urge you to stay away from this apartment complex. Literally can never get ahold of someone and they constantly give you the run around all day. Please please please live elsewhere. You will regret it if you sign a lease here.

Exceptional Staff!!! We moved here over a month ago for the location, but have been wonderfully surprised by the exceptional staff! The manager and all the office staff were really helpful and friendly since move-in. We feel really welcome here. 🥰 The maintenance staff is stellar! They are knowledgeable professionals and quick with repairs. Just as important is that they are friendly and I feel very comfortable having them in my home. All the staff are so personable and seem truly invested in residents' happiness. - Isabel
