The New property manager in her team are very unprofessional. The property promoted a company flex and when I signed up for the service I got scammed. The property manager did not care she added late fees to my rent and told me she had nothing to do with flex . The property manager said she would put in a ticket with flex and follow up with me . She never followed up with me . Why even hire new management who really don’t care about their job and renters. Please bring back Akira She cared for all of the renter and she made sure things got fix . Fire the new Management. They are extremely difficult to work with . They are never in the office during the office hours posted . They never follow up with you. I can definitely see a lot of people moving out . Plus the mold problem is so bad in all of the apartments . You can get sick. Stay away

Office staff is by far the worst when it comes to customer service and "caring" for their residents. This place is expensive for the kind of apartments they have. They don't fix anything, and when they do, they charge you for it. It ridiculous! They are unfair and bias. Don't waste your time with this mediocre place.

STAY AWAY!!! Lived here for a year and it’s the worst cops in and out because all the crazy stuff that goes on especially over the weekend. This is not a place for kids. It also smells like mold during rain season worst of all you can’t get ahold of them at all I can’t can’t get our deposit because there is no one ever in the office or answers the phone. This is what they want for 1750$ a box over a hole in the wall mold was coming from the walls so the did work and did a trash job.

This is a very unprofessional team of employees here. I have lived here over a year and will not be renewing my lease next year. The beginning of May I found at midnight, 2-3 inches of water in my hall closet. I tried to search for an after hours maintenance emergency number to call. My a/c unit was leaking and ruined several irreplaceable items. This is when I found out this complex do not have an after hours number for emergencies. I waited for when the office opened in the morning to call the office. When I was able to speak to someone and proceeded to inform the female that I have a leak that I found late last night and didn’t realize there is not an after hours number which I’m upset about, the very unprofessional female proceeded to tell me I need to “take that up with management” I asked her to repeat herself because I just knew I heard her incorrectly, when she proceeded to repeat it, I interrupted her and informed her she represents the apartment complex and I shouldn’t have to “take anything up with management”. She hung the phone up on me. That’s when I went down to the office where of course a screaming match exploded and she continued to walk up to me like she wanted to fight!! I am not sure who this clown is, I know it wasn’t Akira (not sure of the spelling) she has always been nice and professional with me. Still to this day my a/c has not been fixed by the apartment. I put in work orders and they mark them complete but haven’t even came to my apartment. As much money we pay here every month, there should be better services. We pay $25 extra a month for trash valet like this is a glamorous place to live, believe me it’s not!!
