After my whole lease renewal Insanity that was nothing less than too many emails too many phone calls and still… craziness. Lots of extra money out my pocket… I AM STILL 4+ months dealing with my A/C. My AC runs continuously all day to try and keep up with the desired 72° I put it at. After nearly 5 months I’m still at 79° sitting in my one bedroom sweating. Three months ago I was promised a new condenser and that they would have this issue fixed immediately. And nothing less than 100 emails and or calls since then and I still have not had anyone come over to address the issue. About three months ago a guy came and said that my AC was severely overcharged and that it wasn’t the units fault. But they said they were going to replace the unit for me anyway now that’s all gone to the wayside. I’m not even gonna mention the fridge that’s not cooling properly which I also spoke to them about. I’m still worried about paying twice as much as I’m supposed to every month for electricity and still not having enough air-conditioning in my Apartment which is you know roughly the size of a shoebox. I have two fans running constantly and can’t even get close to my temperature. I need to know someone higher to talk too cause the manager be throwing shade!!! Doesn’t give any concern to the tenants.
Mostly Insane
I have lived in this complex for three and more years and have nothing but praise for the property and the environment around, but I would hope, higher authorities take into notice of rude, unprofessional, ill mannered, and disrespectful behavior of Katana, the property manager and take actions. I have read through other reviews and have noticed the dissatisfaction with other residents as well. And we as customers of this property business should receive better customer service.

The Apartment its self is decent for the price with how the market is currently, as is the lovely young lady named Tommie in the front office. Conversing with her when it comes to any questions or filing work-orders is a pleasure, and the tour she gave us at the end of march is why we put pen to paper and signed the lease! I wish I could say the same for the excuse of a property manager, Katana, I believe. Unprofessional, rude, takes no pride in her position, and has no respect for the residents of the property she’s supposed to manage. Who ever owns this property should be ashamed she is who represents the community. It’s time for spring cleaning!
