It could use some love. Very friendly front staff but the rooms aren't as clean as they could be. Every room has mold. If you stay here check the blinds, you will find the same thing.

Excellent service & able to get me into room last minute because of airbnb nightmare. 🪳 Had to check out day before my surgery because overbooking but still a five star because of kindness of guest services at 3:30am with a carload of kids. Great spacious rooms & location.

Slightly older building, but with spacious room suites and kitchens. Even though close to the UTPH (unfriendly to pedestrians highway) I didn't hear much traffic noise. Being a slightly older building means the in room air conditioning was a bit loud. 6/10 water pressure score. Fyi, be careful if you venture across the UTPH to the Burger King or Target. The drivers here will accelerate towards you when they see you on the road! There is a cross walk a few blocks from the Hotel. Starbucks is nearby.

1 pm is early check in but you can call and ask if they were at full capacity the night before if not they usually let you check in
