I had an issue with a PUA. Mandana Divanbeiki was my attorney, and she from the very beginning was always responsive and listened to my concerns. She thoroughly did the research and found the evidence needed to prove I did nothing wrong. Amazing attorney!

So far I had filled out an online intake regarding a complicated family law situation. I gave them a call to check the status of my intake since I hadn't heard from anyone and the person who answered my call informed me that it is now just a waiting game. I inquired as to if I can be given a time frame of when I would receive a call and was told that she has no idea. People fill out intakes because we are in need of legal help at this immediate time it doesn't help to be told that no one knows when you will be contacted. Still waiting to be contacted.

This is a place that needs a zero to negative star option. I received ZERO response after my initial intake; no call-back to confirm my documents were received, although I sent them multiple times; no referral to a competent attorney; not even a response to a certified letter, and they simply don't answer their phones. My case might be lost because of this unethical behavior by an outfit that operates on a State grant and proclaims to provide legal advice.

Nevada VA has a program for homeless vets. Check out va.gov, and/or call the VA hotline. I'm very confident that with some diligence, you will find some help here in Nevada. There's a very large veteran community here. I'm a vet, so I know first-hand the help that's available.
Yes they will assist with answer to what's been filed against you
