This review is about the manager named John Fin. He was incredibly compassionless about my father’s current mental situation. Even rescheduling an appointment with him was exhausting due to his horrible attitude. I’m disappointed because if the manager acts like this, it makes sense why the employees are also unsympathetic. My father’s neurologist was also heartless and unprofessional but I’ll write a separate review about him. I’m considering filing a complaint with the Nevada medical board.

Dr Germin made me feel so comfortable and distracted me while he did the testing bcuz I told him I have anxiety and hate needles. Andew who also did tests on my legs was so nice and I felt so comfortable the entire time! I’m confused how they got bad reviews

This place is a racket. It took them 3 appointments to do what could have been done in 1 (basic information gathering, testing, and results sharing). They purposefully don't give results same day (or via phone/email) in order to increase patient/insurance costs for their profit. Would not recommend, waste of $.
