I would rate this hotel zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting hotel, terrible service. We arrived after 8pm due to a 4 hour delayed flight. I was scheduled to stay for one nights but after getting zero sleep while I was grossed out of the smell within one hours I decided to leave. We complained to the hotel, but they refuse to refund the money for nights stay!

The hotel is old and out of date but somehow that just adds to the charm. A little glimpse of a simpler time. I enjoyed my stay but saw a ghost 😱

When we got there the room was ok but the shower/tub had water that wasn’t draining. I asked the front desk if they could change our room and they did. But that room wasn’t any better. Bathroom light didn’t work well. Everything looked dirty. We went out the first day out with the family and we returned after 11:00pm to find out that my key card didn’t work for my room. There is no one after hours only a phone number to call. I called the number numerous times through my cellphone and my wife cellphone and no one picked up. It got to the point that every time I called it went straight to voicemail. So they either blocked my cellphone number or turned off there phone. I left multiple messages as well. It got to be past 12:00am and I had a 3 year old and my wife tired with nowhere to sleep. I had to book another hotel for the night which cost me 200 dollars and we didn’t have any of our things with us since they stayed in the room. I came back early in the morning the next day to pick up my items. I told the front desk what happened and all they said was sorry. I contacted the 3rd party vendor who I booked the hotel with and asked for a refund and they apologized and told me they were going to investigate and refund my money. Sad to say that to this day I haven’t had a refund. The 3rd party excuse of not refunding my money is that they can’t get no one to talk to them after multiple attempts. Tickets at work was the 3rd party vendor as well. I don’t recommend them since they say that they have a select group of hotels that they do business with and after our incident they still offer them as a choice of a hotel. Select group of hotel my a**.

One room had roaches. Changed to a higher floor. None there(?) New bed was comfortable. The lack of staff is an issue.
