The building manager Tom bullied me into not resigning my lease because they would never give me proper notice to enter my unit and the workers caused damage to my belongings with no correction or apology anything if n Tom’s part. It caused problems and he did nothing for his tenants besides sit on his FA in his office

OVERPRICED, hardly maintained, packages constantly stolen from the front doors. Do not rent here. Can hear everything through the walls including the air bnb tenants that are in every other unit.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTS HERE. Air BnBs all over the building, the rent is way overpriced for what you get. Management is slow with response time. Air BnB tenants CONSTANTLY causing noise and disruption. Will be reporting this to the City.

The building has become Air BnBs in every other unit with unknown tenants coming in constantly causing noise and having parties. Not only is this uncomfortable for other tenants but highly illegal. They hang cameras above their doors. Slow response time for information requests. All the landlord wants to do is keep the units occupied with no regard for other tenants. The floors are cement and you can hear everyone walking above you, the walls in between units are paper thin.
