DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. EVERYTHING IS GROSS. No one cares!! Very poor care overall. Groups are the only plus. And they are just staff speaking from experience. There are NO REAL EDUCATIONAL Requisites here. Would NEVER stay here AGAIN. HUGE MISTAKE. Discharged 9/19/2022

1st let me start by saying the facility should change its name. For what was once a reputable, safe, caring environment for adolescents and adults In a time of need has drastically changed for the worse. I consider myself to be a rather stoic person but myself left with a disdain for mental health professionals a whole. Might I add leaving with more problems, traumatized, and a sense of remorse for even seeking. Unnecessarily being put on involuntary holds I saw a lot of.The Dr.s, staffare less than empathic, receptive,or even up to date with how to administer medications . Forcing medications w/o medical history, prerequisite lab work. Also, when it was preformed it was done unsterile on the tables which we ate.Blood pressure taken from patients with open sores, without cuffs, being forced to provide bare arm and getting upset when a makeshift was supplied. The food was horrible they were not considering dietary needs nor religious beliefs when providing "nurishment" some missing meals and still being forced to take meds.Myself included. No 1 on 1 drive bys with the Dr. one of which was VERY rude and unreceptive.Even went as far to provide false information at a court hearing.Others whom call themselves Dr. nurse practices getting upset and withholding necessary medication. Then not prescribing enough upon discharge throwing into a withdrawal. Then providing no medications for a withdrawal of a significant amount of the medication they prescribed. No withdrawl protocol at all! (The reentry).Despite numerous attempts calling prior to the event when it was noticed and showing up in person the situation was not taken seriously and staff was rude and less then helpful. My heart rate was through the roof due to the error myself and loved ones missed work and paid in addition to missed time over $200 for their mistake. Medication that was not properly prescribed if not ingested was forced by needle while in a constant calm state explaining as to why this medicine should not be prescribed. Dr. even refusing to contact my current Dr. not get my health information per my request so my needed could be better attended to. Provided no relief for a withdrawal of medication they initially prescribed.Raising heart rate. Very large intimidating men surrounding me to take a shot .A few of which might I add came to work as if on a substantial amount of narcotics. Even admitted being in "recovery"Terrible housekeeping they allowed feces on sink walls and a man's rear end to walk around with his pants down in people's faces w/o providing assistance. Rude impatient, incompetent social workers.Being disallowed personal hygiene that was brought in unopened Containers. Soap they provided was ingested accidentially as its was same color of juice they gave me no medical attention for that and I was sick for days.I was told it would clean me out.The Container had no specifics as to protocol if ingested. Let me also add this Container sat with the questionable staff opened continuously. Questionable licensing issues for some staff behind med window. In addition to I sadly stood by watching nursing students on their clinical of what I hope to be a lesson on what type of facility they DO NOT want to be employed by.I was kept too long and lost my house.I expressed in great detail I had current medical and personal issues and my regimine I had prior to would suffice which fell on deaf ears of 1 particular Dr. I'm seeking representation.

You would have a code word so you can talk to her or if your not the one who put her in there then you would have to talk to them or I would just call this place
YES TO METHADONE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A VALID PRESCRIPTION and yes to cigarettes. Now this is the real facts Michael Henderson. Please try to state facts and not beliefs. It just may be the difference between saving a life and helping to take one.
He probably gave u the number that the patients use, that number can only be used to call out so u wouldn't be able to call through. Look up the number on Google and call that number. A person will answer and ask for ur boyfriend and if u know what unit he is on let her know. If u don't know the unit that won't be a problem she will still be able to look him up. She will ask his password and than transfer u to his unit. As long as he is not in the middle of something u will get to talk to him. If the line is busy on his unit wait about 5 minutes and call again. I hope this helps u.
