The single stream recycled material market is always changing. At this time the best thing for us to do is direct you to the DNREC or DSWA website for a list of approved recyclables. Probably they see something in there they will no longer accept. They have only taken mine 2 out of the last 3 weeks. You can call the office and ask them but they told me if the bin isn't taken they should be leaving a note as to why. I have gotten no notes and after I had to go through the can the first I made sure I read what they will and won't recycle. Good luck

You can use a garbage can or plastic bags. Please call in your yard waste before placing it at the curb.

It would depend on if she lives in a neighborhood or not. It also depends on whether her HOA has an agreement or not. You won’t know without calling. I found evergreen to be the cheapest in our area.

Hello, We take one bulk item per week. We can not take projector-style or floor model TVs, and we can take only flat-screen TVs up to 60 in and small tube styles. We can take a computer but that would be taken as a trash item. If you would like to recycle any of these items you can take them to the DSWA. I am not with evergreen but I am a trash guy. Yes all paper can go in recycling

Thank you for contacting Evergreen. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispose of items with Freon. You may contact an HVAC company and have them send out a licensed technician to remove the Freon and place a sticker on the item that shows there is no Freon. Another option would be to take the item to Cherry Island Landfill in Wilmington

Hi Brenda, We can take up to 10 bags of yard waste per week, you just have to be able to lift them with one hand above the waist or we can take up to 3 containers per week

The green lid is for trash and the yellow lid is for recycle.

Hi fyi...Trash is picked up on scheule every holiday except thanksgiving & xmas they come the day after. And i just found out they charge $10 for xmas tree disposal.

We take two Holidays a year, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your pick up day falls on or after the Holiday, Your pick up for that week will be one day later.

Yes, Call us then cut it into 4 foot lengths and roll it up. Please keep it under 50lbs a roll. Depending on how much there could be an extra charge to get rid of it all at once.

Yesterday I put out a truck tire to be picked up that I had in my garage and it wasn’t picked up by either recyclable or by normal trash pick up , is this not an item we can dispose of through evergreen . I don’t understand how you can pick up a toilet which I read but not a truck tire? Thanks
