Very very unprofessional I called to inquire about a position that I was interested in spoke to a young lady Lindsey Nathaniel and she scheduled me with a interview with Ale Swiatek the same day for a 4 pm interview in which he did not call I then sent an email back to Lindsey to notify her that he never called for a interview and that I was still very interested in the position could we schedule it again for tomorrow she then called back and made a second attempt to schedule me a second time with a lady named Amy I confirmed both interviews VIA email the interview with amy was set up again at 10 am nobody ever CALLED at this point I wasn’t interested anymore this was soo unprofessional im a single mother with 2 kids the job that I applied for would had greatly benefited me because of a constricted schedule Monday - Friday 8-5 this very unacceptable and unprofessional you even deserve 1 star

I was promised a job through this agency and I waited over a MONTH to be placed at this job. It did not take them a month to FIND me a job - from the beginning, I was promised one specific job with a quick start date on first shift. Nope. A month and a half later, with me reaching out and trying to get information at least once a week, they finally call me and tell me that I will not be getting the shift I was promised and there is no pay differential for taking third shift - I would be making 12.50 an hour to work in a warehouse from midnight to 8 am. I waited a MONTH AND A HALF and wasted a ton of potential job offers to be treated like that. Kelly Services has royally screwed me over. Do not waste your time.

It's okay if your trying to a job but sometimes they don't call unless they find a job.

Is this location in operation? I have done temp work in the past in PA, but I have never seen an agency that does not call or at least updates you on your status. It is much different in Pennsylvania. They seem to be more friendly and dedicated to keep you working. I am told by their competition that they do not call because they might not have many clients.
