September 2022: We moved in last month and have seen the dramatic improvement in the property since Nedra from Peak Properties has taken over. She is fantastic. Responsive, friendly, and focused on solving problems. So happy she is here to make this place a home.

do NOT live here - while the apartment itself is nice, the property management company is HORRIBLE, like the ABSOLUTELY worst. They over charge, don't review billing, and don't respond to emails in a timely manner. Very unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism within the management company.

Just moved in last month and the property manager/maintenance team went above and beyond when helping me with my move. Haven't run into any problems and the L is practically silent even though its less then a block away!

If I weren't moving to another city, I would not be moving out, especially ever since Natalie, the new manager arrived. She gets things done! In 1 month I saw dramatic improvements to the building that had not been handled by previous managements companies--in my 2.5 years living here. The place is friendly, close to the blue line, close to so many great shops and restaurants, including 3 breweries, a cheese shop downstairs and some great green areas. I will miss and likely never live in another place with what seemed to be 15 foot ceilings.
