The best place to live in Logan square. The gym, pool and staff are awesome. I wound up having to move unexpectedly and Rafael, Maris and Matt were a big a help and made it all go as smoothly as possible. The staff was also very helpful with the move-in process.

Go to a different building with amenities especially if you have a big dog. Logan is not a dog friendly building despite what they advertise. The dog runs are small and disappointing. One is a tiny concrete area and the other is a small area with fake plastic grass that stinks and is not great on their paws for running around. The building staff are rude, confrontational and militant about hounding dog owners and what they can and cannot do. For the astronomical rent that you pay here, they don’t actually cover as much as you would think for maintenance either. Moved here from NYC recently and miss my old building and their staff a lot. Will definitely move out once my lease is up.

I just moved into Logan and all of my interactions with Logan Apartments Staff, especially with Matt Hawkins, have been amazing! Matt was so helpful every step of the way during the leasing process, answering all my questions and making everything seamless. I look forward to everything that this building has to offer!
