Went and got 3 pedicures and 1 full set. Very nice place, they insist on doing gel on everything only $15 dollar more, which I respectfully declined. Pedicure took 20 minutes they had us in and out in no time. I got basic pedicure ( as I was trying out the place for first time) which came with no massage at all for my daughter and my massage was a rub up and down leg twice, which was a bit disappointing for us. I still had some rough patches on top of my toes and heels, I had to rub and finish my feet with my pumice stone when I got home and my daughter still has ingrown toenail that wasn't touched or even asked about. We went to try the place out for my family and I as it is closer to my house than where I typically go in Mcdonough. I will continue to go back to Tropical when I'm in a hurry or need a quick touch up because they are fast and will have you in and out in no time! I feel that your service depends on how much you're spending there. Maybe I am wrong just the vibe I caught.

The Executive Decision

I sent my teenage daughters here to get their nails done and the workers completely cheated and scam them! My daughters was told their prices from $40 was going to be rounded up to $50. Also the worker stated 1 of my daughters would be free but charged not only full price but more at the register. Right before closing… Locked them out before they got a chance to call me and tell me what happened. My boyfriend and I come here on a regular basis.never had a problem so I can’t believe this happened to my girls! Ages 18, 16, 12, 7. DO NOT SEND YOUR TEENS HERE!

This was my 2nd time here. Place is bright and clean. Practitioners seem happy and are helpful. I will continue to bypass several salons to come here.
