Loves this location. The service is great! The young lady who cuts his hair does a great job cutting it just like he wants it. On top of that, they are cheaper than going to most barbershops as $20 includes the price plus a generous tip.

2nd time in. The Hazlebrand rd covington location. w the middle aged thicker white lady w short hair totally botched my childs hair. I took pics and went back in about half hr later to show them seriously how messed up it was. I cant attach a pic here for some reason but did with in photos. There were chunks cut out when other pieces were not cut and no blending. The 2nd lady helped..but overall my sons hair was super short when I told multiple staff I want him to have hair, just cleaned up. The lady had left so Im glad someone.could help. Initially when we got there a lady with 4 inch nails gave a horrible attitude when she asked what I wanted done. We said no thanks we'll wait for the next lady... Our first time a while back, a male did my sons hair and it was ok. Again totally too short... but least it wasnt botched. We will NEVER go back again. Ever. Frankly wish I had my money back. I tipped very well and TWO people for horrible work.

The one over at industrial Blvd. In covington usually sells a card around November to Christmas 🎄 (not positive of dates) that you can buy as many 9.99 haircuts as you want to buy to give a gift card of haircuts, which is perfect for me! Then all I have to handle is the tip! Now with the changes as of late, I don't know if that will be done this year!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

Find somewhere else to get a haircut. I suggest cutters cage off the square. Great clips will F your hair up bad.
