I have always the enjoyed classes and felt the teachers were well trained and very helpful during class When I started classes (10? 15? Years ago) the classes were usually primary series vinyasa which I really liked. The series systematically works all muscle groups, included inversions, plow and logs on the fire, stretching me so I’m limber and have great balance. JYP was my introduction to yoga and I appreciate the classes I’ve taken, the quality of the teachers and the friends I’ve made.
