Have only lived here for 2 weeks and already has been the WORST experience. If you are looking to rent here… run! My car was vandalized in the gated garage. Management did absolutely nothing. I had to reach out multiple times before someone would answer me. Just to find out the security cameras they have DONT WORK. $250 a month for parking, my car should be secure!! Now I am stuck with fixing the damage to my car for $500+ God forbid something bad happens to a person out in the gated parking. Very unsafe and the lack of concern is just horrifying. Especially since I was promised that the old manager was let go and that everything would be much better than the reviews. HA!

Josh Stephen, the building general manager, does not believe in disabilities. If you have one, he will try and evict you or force you out because it's an inconvenience to him. Don't mind him parking his car behind your handicap reserved spot, because he won't move it. Also, he is immoral so he will hike charges once he does evict you for a disability you cannot control. Enjoy!! NOT
