I'm not sure why they would do that. If i were you, I'd make that i cancelled my layaway, then I would go back some other day n double check 1st woth the layaway people n if they don't help ask for a manager to assist you with the confusing info.

Have never experienced Hang ups from any store.Maybe they took the conversation the wrong way or some other employee may have hung up to get use of the phone. I always get the name of the person so if I get disconnected I can call them back. That will cut down hang ups because you have name and phone number.

My experience with amazing automotive repair places that I good to (as well as others). When they fix one problem we start to see. The other problems we didn't think of before. The problems you are seeing may have may have been from then disconnecting the battery. The dent may or may have not been there previously oh, and may need to be addressed.

Your better off ordering one online, but if Walmart is the only option you have you might be out of luck because they are usually out of stock on the cheaper ones.

The store is open 24hrs, 7days a wk. The customer service desk is mainly open 7am til 11pm, but someone might be able to help out even during the night shift of 11pm till 7am.
