Today I needed to send a Fax...I suffer from a concussion and needed help. Although it is a self serve process..an employee named Steph was very helpful and compassionate. It is because of employees like this that I will definitely return to this business.

Horrible quality of business cards I have ordered online. Extremely grainy (even though I submitted original large file background photo) and cheap looking, to the point that I am embarrassed to give them to people. It doesn't elevate my business, rather gives an impression that I'm not a professional. Looks very different from the preview version online, I'd say opposite. No in-person preview available, no smaller quantity for ordering other than 250 pieces available either. AND I now have to cut off white side border on each of them even though I made sure I extended the photo beyond the provided frame to avoid that. At the time of pick up cashier said there's nothing they could do. Never again!

Customer service rep couldn't walk 10 feet to explain questions had about copies. Also gave me false information that can copy and then take receipt up front. You had to prepay. I'd advise offering better customer service and the proper information regarding services.
