Is the "western union" (electronic money transfer) service open 24 hours?

Wal-Mart can do "Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart" or "Money gram" money transfers from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. the service is unavailable. When the Woodforest Bank located in Wal-Mart is open, they can do Western Union.

Walmart stores usually have money gram and walmart to walmart not western union. I know rite aids and 7-11 do western union.
