I don't think so. The folks told us to look in the website and make a purchase there. Then you can make an appointment to pick up. We couldn't even look at an iPhone.

You will have to call to make an appointment with them about this. You can walk in but be expected to wait a long time without an appointment. They can answer your questions about the cost when you call.

If it's disabled then you will likely need to prove you are the original owner by showing the receipt with the serial number on it. Otherwise they won't help because it could be stolen.

I had the same problem with my iPhone 6 plus and my son is having the same problem with his iPhone 8 plus. All other iPhones in the house were or are fine. Changing the Sim didn't work so we will have to schedule apple again. We are also with Verizon.

Depending on what needs fixed is what determines the answer. Your best best would be to visit, or call if you have to, the store and they can point you in the right direction. If it needa a major fix i would plan on having it sent away to be fixed though

If you are referring to the passcode on the phone you must reset the phone if it is not known. If you are referring to carrier unlocking your iPhone, it should already be unless it was purchased under contract, thus it will become unlocked after your contract has expired.

You should have received a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. If you no longer have this email you may be able to call the Apple store abd see if they will confirm it with you.

You need to locate the Apple store's (within the ParkCity Mall) phone number , call and ask. I am uncertain if the particular branch has an online interactive schedule feature.

If all s/n ( serial numbers ) or model #s are not visible , I would take a guess at the series (iphone/iPad 3 , 4 ect ) then do a Google pic search to compare and narrow it down. Jailbreaking or gaining root access still has limitations on certain older devices. State your end game or result you're looking for if I did not answer clearly
