So true I worked there for 2 and a half years till I got sick of it. They are rude, not helpful at all seems like your wasting their time when you got a ? It's just a mess I only go to get my son's bday cakes and you gotta walk em through that! It's horrible, if u have to go I go to the one on fruitville pike, there's in parksburg too. Just avoid Lincoln highway it'll piss u off bunch of idiots! They hire anyone!

Don't judge Wal-Mart because of its management. If you want to make a difference.....go to college and become a manager at Wal-Mart or......just don't go to Wal-Mart then.

Wal-Marts are terrible. Forget any kind of customer service. It's non-existent!

Hit or miss with the staff. Last visit got great help
