They have both- some racks are labeled as imperfect
They greet you with a welcome , then ask that you use sanitizer they they provide and keep your mask over your nose and mouth.

No! Only clothes. Vanity Fair is the only store opened and it's in building that use to have the high end stores.
This isn't an answer but I have to say this. I do not understand all the references in these reviews to the VF Outlet as that has apparently been closed for some time, much to my displeasure... I guess they transferred the old reviews over to this new place, but they shouldn't have. Much of what's said in these old reviews is now either incorrect or irrelevant to the new location, which is super inconvenient for me. It sounds like basically everyone that knew the old place hates this new one. Sad state of affairs...
That's is a question you should call the store for. I can tell you it's a place that if you see it get it. It's usually gone by the next time you go.
