Have never experienced Hang ups from any store.Maybe they took the conversation the wrong way or some other employee may have hung up to get use of the phone. I always get the name of the person so if I get disconnected I can call them back. That will cut down hang ups because you have name and phone number.
Walmart is ignorant irresponsible and worthless
Not everyone is lazy, I don't work for Wal-Mart but have worked in customer service before, I have called and haven't gotten hung up on, sometimes we as customers aren't the best of people but expect to be treated like royalty, there's many variables that could've take place when the person called, such as phone failure or is you were on hold, and it's just not Wal-Mart, personally I have been disrespected by employees at Costco and you pay a membership to buy from them, that's why now I rather use self checkout everywhere that's available.
