Four stars because this place closes at five. My connection bus to Charlotte was suddenly down. Which meant my change over in Charlotte and Atlanta to to another bus going to Nashville was blown. The tickets were invalid now. Non-refundable I was suddenly helpless and alone π no money, sitting on the curb in the rain. Fear. The harried nice lady at the counter went out of her way to arrange a bus to Raleigh where the main 24-7 station could sort us out. The lady in Raleigh was nice. She reissued my itinerary! Adventure, spills and chills! Willy make it? Betty cant. I love this planet.

Easy and convenient location. The lady's bathroom was nasty. Everything else was fine.

The stations are disgusting the truth would be good a lawsuit in Richmond is a terrible disgust a flycatcher in the bathroom without paper and dirty as could be
Richard Norman
A lot of referral around there

Go online if you know the bus number or route. You can track the bus. If you call Greyhound get comfortable. There will be a wait.
I'm lost, what was the question. My advice though is don't go Greyhound, that will cover most any questions you may have.
Yes there's taxi right after you get off the bus but if you don't want to take the taxi you can call Uber or Lyft but the taxi right outside of the station
I had made arrangements all the way in NYC so according to schedule i was going to kissimmee but the person in NY & Myself were not aware that i'd have to wait in Orlando for 24hrs (til next day for bus to Kissimmee) it didn't say that until stop b4 Orlando. The bus driver was the 1 that brought it to my attention! Thank goodness i had enough money for taxi. Plus taxi told me it would be $30. & when i arrived he said $40. He was not a regular taxi. Bad but learned experience. Other than that bus drivers were nice & they cared. But this lady told me that a guy was left behind even though he was running after busπ
Yes its in a safe location and it carrys North Carolina as well
Poor customer service and bad location
I will never get a bus ticket from Jersey again
From Jacksonville NC to NY the value was 85 with taxes, but depending on the day it varies between 5 and 10 dollars.
You must join the roads rewards program and then you will receive rewards for Mike's traveled and get a bigger discount than someone who is not a senior citizen. One lady earned a free trip from Raleigh nc to St. Augustine.Florida
You can use entirely use your phone without an ID 'at least I just did'. I even went up and asked the lady at the desk a question and she wound up printing out my for me without id.. There sposta charge you 5$ To print the ticket so heads up on that.. Good luck.
Yes salvation army.
Call the bus station. If you have the bus ticket number you should give them that number. If that doesn't resolve the problem, call the police
Ok.
If there's a next time for you at Greyhound, ALWAYS ALWAYS go to the counter first to ask which gate is your destination. When your bus pulls in go right to the gate before Greyhound announces it
I normally check online on the website
It all depends on availability and how you purchased your ticket, but I pray that you dont have to be at you destination on time because it won't happen. All the delays and waiting on other buses to come in caused me to miss my mother's entire funeral I was not happy at all and when I contacted customer service all they were willing to do was give me $50 after I spent $194.50 just to miss saying goodbye to my mother. I honestly suggest you try to get you money back and book a flight. Because I will never travel by Greyhound again.
Easiest way to find the price & travel time is to go to Greyhound.com & put the information.
The 615 morning trip is the best .. I am the agent in Raleigh on weekends at that time
Around about $220.00 dollars.
Yes with lots of stops and maybe 2 transfers
The bus station doesn't close. It's open 24/7.
Well, I see that I'm not the only one. My mother was stuck in Virginia overnight because there was no driver. I call corporate and requested a refund and what was going on at that time. After I called a driver arrived and I was issued a case number for a partial refund. You should do the same.
Who ever is buying the ticket for you should make sure he uses your name for the passenger information.
Sure...as long as it is still in the box or packed in something...there is no way to hook it up on bus or station
Did you miss a connection, and have to ge off at a different station, then they are within they rights to charge you, they do tell you over the PA what stop or station
No you can not it's for people's.
When they over book they will and can make accommodations for there passengers.Always be there.early. I love greyhound.
From Jacksonville to Greenville was 50$ including tax and fees. Greyhound is always running specials and DC is usually on the list
I don't think you can, must be a photo ID, you can call the bus station and check, there is a ticket agent on duty 24hrs.
It depends on the traffic at the time you're leaving but other things being equal, it's less than 15minutes.
Same as above lol
Me and my buddy are taking them and they are the complete bane of my existence
Call or go online to greyhound. They are the only ones that can get you the price.
37.00 from Ct. Two weeks in advance
About 12 hours if all the buses are on time...
I'm going there next month its gonna take me 6 hrs but yhere is another that takes 5 hrs.
You can actually have TWO checked bags. First one has to weigh 50lbs, the second 40lbs. 15$ for the second checked bag. And you can have a carry on bag, i usually carry on two and have no problems.
About 72-80$ on way
Yes! Just let bus driver know, investigate all stop and layover, time, location, bus ID number, bus driver ID number, Greyhound 800 toll free number, schedule, and remember, Greyhound bus is never on time, Good Luck!
Prices change everyday, booked (15 ) days ahead, always a discount price, Good Luck.
You are going have to call Greyhound or go online !!
