DO NOT EVER take this. I was there an hr early for a 8:10p bus headed to NY. The bus was overbooked and I was not able to get on. Now they are saying I can not get my money back and would have to pay an additional $20 just to change my ticket.

When they over book they will and can make accommodations for there passengers.Always be there.early. I love greyhound.

That's why you always wanna take the earliest bus. I go back and forth from here to NYC their are never more then 5 people on the early buses. The later ones have all the problems
