Someone else is getting my ticket online does anyone know if i can use my birth certificate to pick it up because my id was stolen and I'm stuck...how about if u do the will call option online it says u just need a password??

I don't think you can, must be a photo ID, you can call the bus station and check, there is a ticket agent on duty 24hrs.
