Public skating passes are a scam and there are no open schedules after schools open because most of the public skating sessions are before 2:30 pm across all polar ice locations.Also if you go on a weekend there are extra rental charges for shoes thereby indirectly leaving you no option but to pay extra and not to say the least but weekends are very crowded.Overall enrolling in there classes is meaningless if your child cannot practice afterwards in a public skating session for which there is very little scope kept in there schedule.

Terrible experience. Will not be back. Go to Invisalign Arena in Morrisville. This location and facility looks like a flea bag motel from the outside and wasn’t much better inside. Track out camp kids whose parents dump them with whoever will take them run around like it’s lord of the flies, with no supervision. The counselors scream and berate them…not sure what about because they were playing bumper cars with the skate helpers, lifting the skate helpers over their heads and throwing them at each other, riding on top of the skate helpers while being pushed, standing still in large groups on the ice blocking the path, skating aggressively, tackling each other on the ice, racing and weaving through patrons and so on. At one point one of them crashed into my young child skating backward going the wrong way around and racing. I complained numerous times to the staff including management, but they simply ignored me. Staff is rude, unfriendly and ineffective. Rental skates were horrible and the lowest quality imaginable. Didn’t fit right on any of the six people in my party and gave everyone blisters and sore feet. I will be telling everyone I know in Cary to never patron this establishment. Doesn’t look like it’s been updated since 1984, so I’m guessing business isn’t that good as it is. Bathrooms were disgusting mess. The food court was a joke and lacked any real food.

Great spot overall! 4 stars because the bathrooms need some serious attention. It's like they let a random handyman maintain them.

Nice Place to go for an indoors place to get cold off from the summer hit. It has a coffee area to buy drinks and some food or snacks. the ring is nice. If you have teens to go, i will recommend the late schedule for public open times.
