I am deeply concerned. I just received in the mail an envelope full of papers for someone who was the victim of a violent crime. His court hearing is next Tuesday. The envelope was mailed out day before yesterday. He has paperwork in there to complete and return. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS! This stuff came in an envelope addressed to my mom, was was also the victim of a violent crime. I wonder who got her paperwork or if we missed her first court hearing. WOW this is unprofessional. WOW this is careless. Just WOW. Based on the other reviews I am seeing I am not holding out much hope they will lift a finger to find this victim. I will find him if I can. Just WOW.

If spoke to Katherine the district attorney she was very rude and disrespectful to me over the phone. She has had an issue on her desk for over 8 months. I just don't believe this is what we want in this type of office!!

Attorney Melanie Shekita is the most amazing attorney on earth. She helped me get through the toughest time of my life. It was a week trail and she was there by my side and never threw in the towel. Preparing for the trial was long and excruciating but she didn’t leave my side. She has the biggest heart Iv ever seen and I can’t imagine doing her line of work. She fought back tears with me when it all came to an end. To this day we’re still close and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t speak on any other attorneys but if there anything like Melanie there wonderful too.

They never call you back or meet with you even to share vital documents that help victims they do not respond or call back even when you or a attorney goes to the office because their is more than one victim same perpetrator. Very lazy pretty much just gives no stop plea bargin the more crime in a short period of time a perprator gets the more plea bargains they give them including. In child endangerment cases they don't contact cps or the other parent give plea bargains to drop child endangerment charges on the list of charges they endanger children with their negligence and fail women when they allow repeat predators even people who assault cops and state troopers off the hook where assault on a state trooper does not even go to court . Cps needs child endangerment charges to be kept other wise they can't protect children .

What are you waiting for? He could have taken off 100 times by now. How can you let him walk free

Need information for a Failure to Appear for DUI, revoked license, and no inspection. Ten years old. Besides a Lawyer, where would I go to start to clear this up?
