Go online if you know the bus number or route. You can track the bus. If you call Greyhound get comfortable. There will be a wait.

They need to be more professional

When I was there a lady needed some help taking her stuff to the bus because she was using a walker all the bus station attendent did was point her to the area she needed to go to get on the bus. Other bus riders was helping the lady. So they defiantly need to hire better workers who need to be more professional and assist everyone.

Need to hire more drivers as well...always running late. :(
