What can I say, it's a best buy. They had what I wanted...kinda. the employee was helpful but I felt stupid talking to him. I don't know technology super well, but he made assumptions about my PC that were incorrect. Also, I just needed a new charger. It was a third of the price at Walmart.

With this store having alot of employees, I was very disappointed in the service. It was only one lady in the cell phone aisle which I can tell she was stressed. I just wanted to look and ask questions about the Samsung watch. I will never go back to this location. Some employees were running around the store laughing instead of helping us customers. Remember you have a job because of us customers. Do better!

I had a terrible experience with the sales representative. He didn’t really answer any of my questions about the device I was purchasing, he would make side conversations with another sales representative. During the purchase I requested 50 gigabytes, he completely ignored my request and did what he pleased.

Very unorganized shelves was in disarray no organization.. and I have never seen so many open box items at any best buys that I visited... it makes you wonder why so many returns at this location.. over all we were greeted by many store associates during our visit however to check out it took maybe 25 min because one person ahead of us and the store associates would not cancel the transaction because it has already started while this customer was on the phone with his bank to resolve his issue. So eventually our sales person took us to the cellular stand and checked us out.. didn't lose my business just need to do better..

Yes. You can take electronics to any best buy location to be recycled, however you should always clear your personal data off of them first
Yes they do ...but you have to purchase it from them and drive all the way there ....

Call the Corporate Help center. Many of their stores, are no longer receiving, in coming calls. It's impossible to get back to Your sales associate.
While I was there I saw everyone wearing a mask and hand sanitizer was avaliable around the store.
I went to the front desk, cashier and I was assisted with my return.

I also believe that you can, check your receipt and contact either the store or Customer Service. I had similar experience and they worked with me to get the lower price.
