Call shipper or Co who delivers.
You can track an online order by signing into your best buy account or checking your email and look for something that says "status" or "tracking number". You wouldn't need to go into the store at all if it was placed online. If you still cant find the information you need try searching for a customer service phone number online and explain to them, they will most likely need your phone number and or email address. My experience with best buy.com is that my orders always say its delayed but either come early or on time... not sure why it says its delayed.
