The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because before Gabi Hooks, the associate that helped us came to assist us, no one else in the store acknowledged my husband and my presence. I’m giving Gabi 5 STARS!!!! She was so helpful and cared about us as customers! We ultimately bought furniture and I would recommend anyone in need of furniture to stop by to see Gabi Hooks or any of her co workers.

I had been keeping watch for a particular item as it was set to go on clearance. I arrived with tunnel vision as I was determined to get this item. I was met by sales associate Gabi who was phenomenal. She was warm and gracious and offered top tier customer care. I do not reside in Milwaukee as I am from Los Angeles and was there on visiting family but I highly recommend this store for anyone local and again kudos to Gabi!

It was odd. Service sales was very good. Picked a chair that was in stock...came back pickup date thanksgiving. Errors is stock tracking prevalent for many items. Pick up was easy. Overcharged and refunded. Again just odd and ended correctly. Just unsettling.

Lindsay was very helpful and knowledgeable about beds and mattresses. I enjoyed meeting her and picking out my new bed. She clearly explained the ordering, delivering, and removal procedure and pricing.
