I had issues with my laptop and the staff at the Greenfield location were super! I had the pleasure to work with Damien and Ricky. Both were incredibly professional, kind, and had a deep knowledge of everything tech. After the initial consultation, Damien walked me through the store's diagnostic policy and how we would approach my laptop's issues. He was super patient and explained both the practical and technical considerations with going forth with the repair. Damien also answered all of my questions and assured me that the team would take care of everything in as timely of a fashion as possible. Sure enough, the team contacted me a couple of days later to pick up my laptop. When I arrived, Ricky gave me a detailed breakdown of the diagnostic results and which repairs were made. Like Damien, Ricky was super approachable and answered any questions I had, making the more technical issues of the repair make sense for someone not as tech-oriented. I cannot recommend these guys enough! If you ever have a tech issue, I would seriously consider reaching out to them! My laptop works good as new and has not had any issues since.

Brought in my phone that suffered damage from a hit and run traffic accident, and was pleasantly surprised to find out the repairs would be done in about two hours. The upfront cost was clearly explained, and my phone came back as good as new. Definitely would recommend for any kind of phone repairs!

I took my iphone SE in with water damage. Neither I nor the very kind gentleman who helped me were very hopeful the phone could be salvaged. In any case, he said they would do their best. The next day, I received a call from the shop. Somehow, they had miraculously fixed my phone! It was such a pleasure dealing with this store, not only because the resolution for me was positive, but also because they were very nice, patient people. I will absolutely not hesitate to visit their store again, and I plan on telling anyone who needs a cell phone repaired to visit as well.
