I had very well good experiences here and women who work here are very kind & helpful. Put a few games on hold for myself and Jurassic World Hot Wheels for my old man, employees were quick to help and kind. Today I asked to see what this PS2 looked like and she was very helpful and sweet. Not only that she got me my copy of Girls Bravo. Would definitely recommend this place especially with the generous employees.

Staff is great and super helpful but I honestly can't recommend selling unless you really just want to get rid of the items. I've been offered $5 or less for mint/near mint records worth more than $100. You're better off just selling online and getting your money's worth.

Beautiful & clean store! Lots to browse. Helpful customer service. Great condition items.

I was very disappointed with my selling experience. I brought in a bag full of books and DVDs. Every DVD was in working order and quite a few of the books were hardcover. There were several special interest books on tarot, which I paid quite a bit for originally. When I came to the desk for an offer my books and DVDs were divided into two piles, one I assumed they were buying and the other large pile I assumed they were not interested in as it was explained that some of the DVD covers were not in the best of condition and offered me $4 for everything! I started to take some books from the second pile to put back into my bag and was told 'oh that's $4 for the lot', after complaining about my books it's interesting how they wanted to keep them for themselves, or for selling. It was very awkward and I took the $4 and now 20 minutes later really regret this choice, especially with my Santa Fe tarot book. I should have been offered at least $4 for that book alone as they will sell it for 15+ in their occult/tarot section. I found oracle cards for sale in that area for $65. I know a local occult shop that sells that same deck for $30, brand new. This bookstore is not offering the proper price to their sellers, it's unethical and they need to pay people what they're books are worth rather than treating them like suckers, I'm well aware that I made a mistake today.

Everything is clean and only a few are allowed in store. MASKS ARE WORN...EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
Would be nice if they did.
No
You can call or stop in to ask.
When you bring them in they appraise them and give you an offer or tell you what is not accepted. I have been surprised what they have accepted. You could call ahead to save yourself a trip, though.
I don't either, but on halfpricebooks.com there is a search feature to help you find it. Or you could call the store and ask an employee
No you don't, there is a service desk, usually off to the side in most of their stores, but near the front, where you take the books you want to sell and they look them over and usually call your name within 20 minutes to let you know what they can give you for them. there's plenty to look at while you're waiting, the stores are amazing especially if you love to read or love old books, they even have collectible books!
I would say to call them. They can tell you if they have it or if another store does. They will have it shipped to the store for you at no cost.
Yes , i am not sure about the store hour open . Go there and see it .
Calling the store is the best route to have this type of question answered. They can also check the other locations in the company to either transfer it to your local store if within the state or ship it to your house.
