I will never go back to this store. I went in there an never was greeted. Then I didn’t know I had to check in cause nobody said anything about that. Then the gentleman JUSTIN decided to skip me help two other people which I was in store first waiting to be helped. Also I said something an he gave me mean nasty look. He didn’t even want to help me. An I felt really racial profile cause it was two other Caucasian people an he greeted them with no problem. I will be posting this on Facebook also cause nobody should be walking in store an feel some type of way coming in store.

Went in to get help, had 3 employees standing around talking, by the time we had been waiting for about 30 minutes 2 of the employees were still standing there talking about their personal lives and how great they are at selling phones to customers but wouldn’t come help us! By the time we hit 45 minutes one of the employees clocked out so he basically took his last 45 minutes to talk instead of help customers. Before we decide to leave 2 other people that had been waiting in the store had walked out and then we decided to leave after waiting almost 50 minutes for help. What a waist of my time!!! Horrible or location hate coming here.

Walked in. No greeting or anybody checking me or the other customers in. Found the self serve kiosk. Paid my bill and decided to add a line so that's when the rep (maybe floor manager) stood up from helping another customer walked over and said to have the reps add a line because the machine messes them up. (Quota's/commissions based) He didn't really care about me until I was adding a new line that could help his paycheck. SMH! What happened to the leadership and Customer service.

Need to set up a appointment. I wore a mask and there is a clear plastic shield that separates us.
You can find the store number via Google, however a rep told me right now for COVID the phones for all of the stores are turned off so it automatically takes you to their 800 number for help/questions. Or I guess everything. Personally, I find it inconvenient.

Called customer service about 10 times and got the same answering machine who asked me if i have a payment due to make sure i have enough money to pay for it. Over and over...then it says. It looks like you are having a problem, good bye... Tried to call Cricket several times...but the same recording from Verizon answered...so i drove over to the store on ,27th and National and Justin resolved my problem. Thank you Cricket....thank you Justin
